Group cycling can really make you more energised as the environment is filled with music audio and visual displays.

Taught by an instructor who leads you up and down virtual dirt paths to mountain tops or flat racing, the environment can be changed to suit your mood.

Debbie only has small classes of up to four people so you are monitored carefully. She will take you through various different workouts from warm up, steady up-tempo cadences, to sprints and interval climbing for those more adventurous, and back down to cool downs and stretches.

In addition to Debbie's personal attention, you will also be able to view instructional dvd's which will add to the variety of your Group Cycling session. Debbie will always be on hand to answer any questions you may have or go through anything that you need further assistance with.
